COMPANY PROFILE

Everleaf Industrial Corporation was established in 2019 for the purpose of carrying on the business of sales of OEM/Aftermarket Industrial and Chemical products in the Philippines. The company was founded by Jose Marie L. Suarez, Reginald Dulaca, Glen Ganza and Cristina Sharland.

Jose Marie L. Suarez, the acting President of Everleaf Industrial Corporation, is also the founder and President of JLS Trading, Inc. which has been successfully operating out of Illinois since 2006. He is a Mechanical Engineer by trade and a former Car Branch Manager from Bacolod City, Philippines. He has grown JLS Trading, Inc. into a reliable procurement sourcing company that furnishes genuine OEM products at a very competitive price while offering fast and affordable shipment or delivery.

Reginald Dulaca graduated with a double major in accounting and finance from Roosevelt University in Chicago. He also attended Northern Illinois University for his Masters in Science and Taxation. He worked as a CPA in Illinois with over 15 years of experience as a Tax Manager for several multi-billion dollar companies in various industries such as leasing, manufacturing, and retail. He is an entrepreneur by heart with interests in a variety of businesses in the United States and the Philippines.

Glenn Ganza is a Registered Nurse by trade, with his passion and interests in business and the financial market. He has been investing for more than a decade in the US equity market and owns or co-owns several businesses in Philippines in the microlending, restaurant, and food supply trading industries.

Cristina Sharland is an entrepreneur that has a long history of successful startup companies, beginning with Sharland Technologies started in California, which focused on trading virtual goods and currencies. She then moved her interest to the Philippines, founding Equitar Food Supply Trading, EduQuip Station, Inc., and Sharland Enterprises Holding, Inc. She has various investment interests in Australia and the Philippines that include residential and retail space rental.
